‘Drum 'n' Thigh just an idea that started in 2019 as love for fried chicken and quirky sides, Drum 'n' Thigh is heavily inspired by Asian cuisine with there huge flavours that slap you in the mouth!

‘I have been a chef for 16 years mostly from a fine dining aspect. I am very grateful to have worked with some of the best chefs in the North East, highlights include masterchef finals in 2015 & winning a couple of cooking competitions along the way.

I have been head chef at Aidan’s Kitchen for the last 4 years, working with amazing people. I’m very grateful to Aidan giving me a chance to do pop ups, the main goal is bring next level fried chicken to the people of Newcastle.’
